William D. Kelly passed away peacefully at his home, with his loving family by his side, on Thursday, September 24, 2026. He was 87 years old. Born in Bristol, son of the late William Hamilton and Walretta (nee Remington) Kelly, he was a lifelong Bristol resident. Mr. Kelly was a proud United States Navy Veteran, and was employed as a Paper Maker at Patterson Parchment for 17 years. He was a dedicated member of the Loyal Order of Moose Bucks Lodge, #1169, where he served as Governor. He was also an animal lover, especially of dogs.

He is survived by his loving wife, Betsy (nee Rittler) Kelly, and his devoted sons, William D. Kelly and Todd C. Kelly and his wife, Marie. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren, William Thomas, Nicholas, Ryan, Brittany, and Megan. He was also predeceased by his sister, Joyce DeLong.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service on Thursday, October 1, 2026, 7:30pm at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough. Friends may pay respects from 6pm until time of service. Interment will be held privately at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the ASPCA.
