Patricia Marie Sacerdote-Paolini passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on April 16, 2026, at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. She was predeceased by both of her parents Sante Joseph Paolini, Rosemarie Paolini nee Welker, her beloved son Timothy Ronald MacGorvin, and her husband Joseph Walter Sacerdote.
Patricia was born on March 16, 1955. She was a lifelong resident of Bristol Borough. She attended St. Mark Catholic School and Bristol High School. Patricia was raised on East Circle in Harriman. She was the oldest sibling of Chester Paolini (Karen), Thomas Paolini (Carmen), Joseph Paolini (Maria), James Paolini (Crystal), and Christine Paolini (Scott). She prided herself on being the matriarch of the family. She would host all the holiday parties and loved being with her siblings. Her delicious dishes were a staple at every family event.
Patricia enjoyed raising her children in town. She was truly the most dedicated mother to Todd MacGorvin (Joanie), Desiree Bunda (Michael), Christan Sacerdote (Mark), and Joseph Sacerdote (Carmen). Patricia gave her all to her children and showered them with endless amounts of love. She made sure her children had everything they needed up until her last months.
Patricia was the devoted Mommom of Shannon, Todd Jr., Peyton, Grey, Julian, Abigail, Tessa, and Raelynn. She cherished every minute she had with her grandchildren and spoiled them any chance she had. They all loved their visits to her house for movies and popcorn. Every holiday was like Christmas morning thanks to Mommom.
Patricia was a proud Aunt and she took that role very seriously. She loved Thomas Paolini Jr. (Sam), Stephanie Paolini (Matthew), Shawn Paolini (Angela), and Nicole Paolini like they were her own children. She especially enjoyed her great nieces and nephews; Taylor, Luca, Lincoln, and Paula.
In 2020, Patricia was in Stage 4 Kidney Failure. Her beloved brother James volunteered to donate his kidney. His heroic efforts saved her life and allowed her family to enjoy her presence for 6 more wonderful years. She was forever grateful to James for the time he had granted her. Patricia’s life was not always easy but she fought through every trial and tribulation. She remained kind, loving, and dedicated to her family through all of her hardships.
Family and friends are invited to call from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Mark Cemetery, Bristol. All are invited for a luncheon afterward at Bristol Yacht Club, 7230 Parkwyn Avenue. In remembrance of Patricia, her family is asking that everyone wears purple because it was her favorite color.
In lieu of flowers, you may make a charitable donation to either St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Wounded Warrior Project. Both of these charities were dear to Patricia’s heart.
