Patricia "Pat" Cleary Crawford

Patricia “Pat” Cleary Crawford, lovingly known as Patty or Patty Cakes, of Langhorne, Pennsylvania, passed away on January 13, 2026, at the age of 71.

Pat was a devoted mother and grandmother whose kindness and quiet strength touched everyone who knew her. Her sense of humor, warmth, and laughter will be deeply missed. She is survived by her sons, Brian Crawford and his wife Jennifer, and Henry “Chip” Crawford and his wife Carly, and was a proud grandmother to Derek and his wife Krista, Riley, Camden, and Chloe.

She is also survived by her sisters, Millie O’Brien (John), Anne Hawkins (Billy), and Terry Lazer, along with many nieces and nephews. Pat also cherished her very special grandpuppies, Finn, Sadie, and Lola.

Pat found joy in life’s simple pleasures—sitting quietly with a good book, visiting the beach, and jumping waves in the ocean. She loved trips to the casino and spending time with her sisters and grandchildren. Baking was a true passion; everything came from scratch, and boxed cakes simply weren’t in her kitchen. Pat dedicated her career to caring for others, working in numerous nursing homes and hospitals, where she especially loved helping the elderly receive the care they needed.

She had a particular love for good bakery cakes—especially Cramer’s Bakery pound cake with extra flowers—along with coffee and dark chocolate–covered raspberry jelly rings.

A Celebration of Life, or as Pat called it, “a meet and greet,” will be held on Friday, January 30, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol, Pennsylvania.

Pat will be lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
