Nancy Edith Ritterson, a lifelong resident of Bristol, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at the age of 92. Born on July 18, 1934, Nancy was the daughter of the late Floyd and Phobe (nee Lister) Ghantt. She married Francis Joseph Ritterson Sr. beginning a marriage rooted in love, partnership, family and faith.

Nancy was a devoted and loving mother to her children Hazel (Chris) Weber, Grace (Stewart) Gordon, Francis (Carol) Ritterson Jr., Floyd Ritterson Sr., David Ritterson as well has her beloved child in heaven Shaun Ritterson. She was a devoted matriarch, proudly leaving behind her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. She was a caring aunt to her nieces and nephews. Her grandchildren lovingly remembered her as majestic, loyal and firm whenever it mattered most.

She possessed a deep love for the outdoors, cherishing memories of trips shared with family and friends in Bradford County, upstate Pennsylvania, where they would spend time camping, walking, and simply just sitting around the fire pit. As a passionate nature enthusiast, she spent her time watching and listening for the hummingbirds, cardinals, and bluebirds that visited her front yard. Early morning sightings of a deer in her backyard always thrilled her.

Nancy will be deeply missed each and every day, now that her earthly journey is complete. Thank you for the love and laughter you brought us. Until we meet again.
