Joseph Louis Kapusta passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at Abington Hospital. He was 74 years old. Born in Philadelphia, son of the late Matthew and Kathleen (nee Magazzu) Kapusta, he has been a Bensalem resident for the past 36 years. Mr. Kapusta was a United States Air Force Veteran, where he rose to the rank of Staff Sergeant and was a recipient of the Purple Heart. He was an Electronic Technician, owning his own business for 20 years. He loved Elvis, going on Disney vacations, and enjoyed going to the casinos. Mr. Kapusta also enjoyed working on cars, and was a skilled handyman that could fix anything. Above all, he cherished time spent with his family.
He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Connie (nee Kaczmar) Kapusta; his son, Michael Kapusta and his wife, Vicki; and his two grandchildren, Aubrey and Jessica. He is also survived by one sister, Roseanna Ostroff and her husband, Jonathan; two brothers, Peter Kapusta and his wife, Linda, and John Kapusta and his wife, Sherri; along with many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to pay respects from 9:30-11:30am on Friday, September 26, 2025 at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough. His Funeral Service will follow beginning at 11:30am. Interment, Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem.
