James F. Carr, Jr.

James F. Carr, Jr. passed away suddenly on Thursday, May 30, 2024 at his home in Bensalem.  He was 54.  Born in Philadelphia, son of the late James F. Sr. and Carol (nee Meenan) Carr, he was a Levittown resident for most of his life.  James was a graduate of Bishop Egan High School, Class of 1988, where he was an All-Catholic Baseball Player.  He was employed as a Terminal Operator at BWC Terminals in Philadelphia.  He loved the beach and boardwalk, was an avid baseball fan, and an animal lover.

He is survived by his children, Jake Carr, Jenna Carr and her fiancé, Mike, and Jordyn Carr, his brother, Shawn Carr (Ritchie), his nephew, Nick Carr, and his soulmate, Shannon Mount.  He was also predeceased by his sister, Heather Carr.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Friday, June 7, 2024 from 6-8:00pm at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough.  In lieu of flowers, donationsmay be made to the Women's Animal Center , 3839 Richlieu Road, Bensalem, PA 19020.
