Georgine V. Lynde passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at Allegria at The Oaks, Bensalem. She was 98 years old. Born in Philadelphia, daughter of the late Washington A. and Marda (nee Kramer) Rodgers, she was a Croydon resident since 1974. Mrs. Lynde was employed as a Reading Teacher with the Philadelphia School District for many years. She was an active member and Past Deacon at Bensalem Presbyterian Church, and was formerly a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia and the Presbyterian Church at Bristol. In her earlier years, she was a Den Mother for the Cub Scouts and enjoyed crocheting and knitting.

Wife of the late George A. Lynde, Sr., she is survived by her children, Linda Konyves (the late Robert), George A. Lynde, Jr. (the late Carol), Richard A. Lynde (Rosie), and Susan D. Gallagher (Daniel). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and many, many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service on Friday, May 1, 2026, 11:30am at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough. Interment, Bristol Cemetery. Friends may call from 10:30am until time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
