Dolores M. Mulreaney (nee Ferdinand) of Bristol, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2025 at the age of 96. She was the beloved wife of the late Henry E. Mulreaney. Born in Hazleton, Pennsylvania, Dolores was the devoted daughter of the late John and Madeline (DeAngelo) Ferdinand.
She was predeceased by her brother Antonio Ferdinand (Rose) and 1 grandson, Jeffrey Robert Mulreaney. Dolores is survived by her six children and their spouses: John (Leslie), Janice (Andy), Mark (Wendy), Patrick (Nancy), Cheryl (Ed), Jeffrey (Rachel), 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren, and her sister-in-law, Rose Ferdinand.
A graduate of Hazleton State Hospital School of Nursing, Dolores spent much of her career as an esteemed evening supervisor at Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol, Pennsylvania, where she earned great respect for her compassion and professionalism.
Dolores enjoyed contemporary music, reading, cruising with her husband, and traveling with friends. Above all, she cherished time spent with her large family and her dear friends Mary Ann Morgan and Rita Scarcella.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Friday evening, May 30, 2025 from 7-9:00PM and on Saturday morning, May 31, 2025 from 8:30-9:30AM at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol, PA. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10AM on Saturday at St. Ann Church, 357 Dorrance Street, Bristol, PA. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem, PA.
