David H. Glavis

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of David Harral Glavis, who passed away peacefully on October 30, 2025, at the age of 83.

Over the past month, his family surrounded him with love and gratitude as he completed his journey here with us. He was the devoted husband of Penny Glavis for 60 years; a wonderful father, grandfather, brother, and friend; and a man whose strength, kindness, and integrity made him someone we all looked up to.

Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on March 10, 1942, David lived a life centered on family, hard work, and helping others. He was a steady presence who led by quiet example showing us what it meant to be loyal, dependable, and loving through every stage of life.

He is survived by his wife Penny, his sister Carol Estornell, his daughter Ginger Rorapaugh (Daniel), his son David Scott Glavis, and his four grandchildren, Cassidy, Thor, David, and AJ.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation on Thursday, November 6, 2025 from 10-11am, followed by his Funeral Service beginning at 11am, at Christ United Methodist Church, 501 Wistar Road, Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania. Interment, Beechwood Cemetery, Bensalem.
