Catherine I. Hall passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on Monday, June 22, 2026. She was 64 years old.
Born in Bristol, PA, Cathy was the beloved daughter of the late Wayne and Mary (Culligan) Schweizer. A longtime resident of Levittown, she built a life centered on family, service, learning, and kindness. Cathy was a graduate of Bishop Conwell High School, Class of 1979, and later earned her Bachelor's Degree from Holy Family University.
Cathy began her career as a Medical Laboratory Technician at Lower Bucks Hospital, where she worked from 1983 until 2002. She later continued her profession as a Medical Technologist at Our Lady of Lourdes, serving patients and healthcare providers with exceptional skill and care until her retirement in 2015. She took great pride in her work and was respected for her intelligence, attention to detail, and commitment to helping others.
Outside of her career, Cathy embraced life with enthusiasm and curiosity. She devoted many years as a Boy Scout leader, helping to guide and encourage young people as they learned valuable life skills and built confidence. She had a passion for scrapbooking and carefully preserved treasured family memories through countless albums filled with photographs, stories, and mementos. A lifelong history enthusiast, she loved exploring the past and sharing fascinating facts with those around her. She also found joy in music and could often be found playing her guitar, a pastime that brought her comfort and happiness.
While Cathy had many interests and accomplishments, nothing brought her greater joy than her family. She was a devoted mother, sister, aunt, and grandmother whose love knew no bounds. Her greatest role was being "Mom Mom" to her beloved grandson, Aidan. The bond they shared was extraordinary, and he was truly the light of her life. Whether attending his activities, celebrating his achievements, or simply spending time together, Cathy treasured every moment with him. Her family was the center of her world, and she made each person feel loved, supported, and valued.
Cathy will be remembered for her warm heart, gentle spirit, quick wit, and unwavering devotion to those she loved. She possessed a rare combination of compassion, intelligence, creativity, and strength. Her kindness touched countless lives, and her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
She is survived by her loving son, Adam Hall, and her cherished grandson, Aidan Hall. She will be deeply missed by her sisters, Donna DeNucci and her husband, Frank, and Mary Schweizer (Richard Freeze); her nieces, Crystal Pine, Stacie Herb, and Tiffany Irvin; her nephew, Justin Schweizer; and many extended family members and dear friends who were blessed to know and love her.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass on Friday, June 26, 2026, 10:30am at St. Mark Church, 1025 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough. Her viewing will be held from 9:30am until time of Mass at the Church. Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pulmonary Hypertension Association at phassociation.org.
