Allison Elizabeth “Allie” Deitch

Allison Elizabeth “Allie” Deitch, age 60, passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2025, at the Valley Healthcare Center in Chilhowie, VA.

Allison was born on March 30, 1965, in Pennsylvania. She was preceded in death by her father, Calvin Deitch and her mother, Joanne Gallagher Garabedian. Allison played a vital and active role in the local NA community in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where she offered support, compassion, and encouragement to many. She had a love for science fiction films and was a devoted Trekkie. Allison also enjoyed dining out and cherished any time spent with her family. Above all, she loved her family deeply, especially her beloved son, who was the center of her world.

She is survived by her son Daniel Deitch & girlfriend Jennifer Diaz; three sisters Helena Deitch, Tara Calderbank & husband Steven, and Sarah Deitch & wife Laura Lenahan; her stepfather Mark Garabedian; nieces Lauren Good, Makenzy Portney, and Veronica Wolfe; and a nephew Calvin Wolfe.

A celebration of Allison’s life will be announced at a later date and will be held in Pennsylvania near her birthday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America in memory of Allie.
