Alfred Joseph Capriotti passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family, on Thursday, September 10, 2026. He was 87 years old. Born in Bristol, he was the son of the late Harry and Helen Capriotti. Alfred spent his early childhood in Arizona before returning to Bristol at the age of 9 following his father’s passing. He was a resident of Langhorne for the past 30 years.

Alfred graduated from Temple University, where he was a member of the wrestling team and earned his degree in Electrical Engineering. He began his career with United States Steel and later worked for Tippins Engineering, where his work took him around the world. Alfred was also an inventor and was proud to hold seven patents in his name. He was an avid skier and enjoyed a good Cuban cigar, but most especially, he cherished the time he spent with his family.

He is survived by his loving wife, Phyllis (nee Juliano) Capriotti; his children, Phillip Capriotti and his wife, Carla, Christine Kibel and her husband, Adam, and Daniela Krafczek and her husband, Adam. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren, Tyler, Kaley, Jacob, Lili, Sara, and Adam III, along with his sister, Anna Wilson, and several nieces and nephews. He was also predeceased by his brother, Harry Capriotti.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Alfred’s family on Sunday, September 13, 2026, from 2:00–4:00pm at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough.

Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations to your local animal shelter would be appreciated.
