Daniel Guerriero, Jr. Daniel Guerriero Jr of Levittown died surrounded by family and friends at St. Mary Hospital on March 5th after a yearlong battle with colon cancer. He was 47. Born in Bristol on May 5, 1963 to Daniel and Eleanor Guerriero. He is survived by his parents, his doting sisters Helen Guerriero Poorman ( Warren) and Patricia Masceri ( Stephen ), his former wife Mary the mother of his four much loved daughters Samantha, Nicole, Carly and Kelly and his dear companion Maria Burdick and her children Becky, Chuck and Victoria and many nieces, nephews, aunts , uncles and cousins. Dan’s loyalty was unwavering and in return he had many loyal friends from church, neighborhood and workplace and especially his friends from Bishop Egan who were with him when he left this world. He was proud of his Italian and Irish heritage and a good American who never missed a vote. Most of all he lived every minute for his four girls who gave him great joy. He graduated from La Salle University and was employed as a financial analyst at Ace Insurance of Philadelphia. He was a fan of the Phillies,Flyers ,Eagles and the Jersey Shore where he stayed on the beach after everyone else had gone home. He lived his life with grace and kindness and some fortunate person was given the gift of sight because of his gift to Gift Of Life. Let us hope that that person will view the world as Danny did, which was a world of joy and love. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass on Thursday, March 10, 2011, 11:00am at St. Joseph the Worker Church, 9172 New Falls Rd., Levittown. Interment, St. Mark Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday evening 6-9:00pm at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Str., Bristol Boro and Thursday morning, 10-11:00am at the Church. Family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Guerriero Children’s Education Fund at First Federal Bank of Bucks County, 208 Levittown Parkway, Levittown, Pa 19054-3503 or to any branch.
