Albert W. Perugini

Albert W. Perugini, age 93, of Bristol Boro passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at Renaissance at Sunrise, Lower Makefield.  Born in Port Deposit, Md., Albert enjoyed living in Bristol Boro for over 60 years, where his neighbors kept a close eye on him in his later years.  He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving in WWII and was employed for many years at Fleetwings, Kaiser Metals and Thiokol.  Albert looked forward to going to his Tuesday Golden Marks Meeting, and planting a garden every Spring.  He also enjoyed fixing clocks and watches.  Albert was a fun loving guy who will be dearly missed by all his family and friends.

Husband of the late Jennie L. Perugini, he is survived by his children, Lois Bartle (the late Billy),  and Michael Perugini and his wife, Sandy, 5 grandchildren; Jamie, (Katy), Jessica, Lauren (Sean), Carly and Mark, 3 great-grandchildren, Lilliana, Laila and Sophia.  He is also survived by 3 sisters, Lena Butz and her husband, Charlie, Antoinette Gentile (the late Frank), and Ursula Dangler along with 1 sister-in-law, Lucy Perugini, 1 brother-in-law, Ted Brukiewa and many nieces and nephews.  Albert was also predeceased by 1 brother, Daniel Perugini and 2 sisters, Mary Brukiewa and Phyllis Creighton.  The family would also like to give a special thanks to the staff at Renaissance at Sunrise, Lower Makefield, who assisted Albert in his final months.


Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service on Saturday, April 16, 2011, 11:00am at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Str., Bristol Boro.  Interment, St. Mark Cemetery.  Friends may call Saturday morning 9-11:00am at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA), 7 Mill Brook Road, Wilton, NH  03086.
