James T. Thompson - "Lightfoot"
Bristol Boro Resident
James T. Thompson, 62, passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2007 at his home. Born in Pottsville, Pa., he has been a lifelong Bristol Boro resident. Mr. Thompson was a graduate of Bristol High School, a U.S. Navy Veteran, and was employed as an Assistant Trainer at several racetracks around the country. He enjoyed horses, the racetracks and loved his family, especially his grand-daughter.
Son of the late James and Alma Thompson, he is survived by 2 sons, Sean Thompson and his wife, Charlotte, of Fairless Hills, and Keith Thompson of Alaska, his beloved grand-daughter, Alexandria, 1 sister, JoAnne Leonard and her husband, Ralph of Bristol, 1 brother, Joseph "Joby" Thompson and his wife, Diane of Levittown, along with many nieces, nephews, and his good friends, Al and Mary.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass on Thursday, December 20, 2007, 10:00am at St. Mark Church, Bristol Boro. Interment, private. Friends may call Wednesday evening 7-9:00pm and Thursday morning 9-9:45am at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Street.,
