Obituary Scott Michael Shaw Former Voorhees Resident Scott Michael Shaw, 21, of Pensacola, Florida, died suddenly and tragically on May 1, 2007. Scott was preceded in death by his father, Scott Clark Shaw, and is survived by his loving mother and step-father, Kelly Shaw Okuszka and Steven Okuszka, of Hazlet, NJ, and his sister, Caylan Bentley of Milton, Florida.  He is also survived by his grandparents, Ralph and Joanne Leonard of Bristol, his aunt and godmother, Melissa Leonard, also of Bristol, his uncle, Anthony (Micky) Leonard and his wife, Amy and their daughter, Bobbi of Rancocas, NJ.  Scott also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends to mourn his loss.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass on Wednesday, May 9, 2007, 10:00am at St. Mark Church, Bristol Boro.  Interment, St. Mark Cemetery.  Friends may pay their final respects to Scott on Tuesday evening 6-9:00pm and Wednesday morning 8:30-9:30am at the Wade Funeral Home, 1002 Radcliffe Str., Bristol Boro.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, in Scott's name, to the charity of one's choice.
